Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends, holidays and products on pre-order.
All shipments are sent using Australia Post standard and express services.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Australia
Complimentary standard shipping for orders over $180 AUD.
Parcels under $180 AUD incur a fee of $10 for standard shipping.
Parcels over $180 AUD qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
Express postage incurs a fee of $15.
International
We offer complimentary standard shipping to New Zealand for orders over $180 AUD.
International parcels are sent via Australia Post.
All International Express parcels require signature upon delivery. All International Standard parcels do not require a signature.
USA orders are sent with duties covered by Nananita. USA customers will not be charged import tariffs. Local and state taxes are the customer's responsibility.
The shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, the shipping method, and the destination. Customers can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing their purchase.
Import taxes and duties for International orders are the responsibility of the customer. If the charges are refused, we cannot alter the value of your order on the commercial invoice, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please familiarise yourself with your local import rules prior to ordering, as refusal of these charges will result in the order being returned to us and refunded, minus the cost of the return shipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
If you have opted for delivery without signature, we are no longer responsible for your parcel in the case of loss, damage or theft.
Undelivered parcels
If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, or the courier cannot contact you, or other reasons, then your parcel will be returned to our warehouse in Australia. Your parcel can be reshipped with shipping charged again, or refunded minus shipping charges.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Email info@nananita.com to initiate.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Our return address is located on the Gold Coast, Australia.
Tracking of the parcel is the customer's responsibility. If the parcel has not been delivered and the customer does not have proof of delivery, the return cannot be processed.
If you have received damaged or faulty items, please contact immediately to provide details (including photos) and within 7 days of arrival, include your order number.
Images: Some of our photos are shot on film, the colour of our garments might look slightly different in person. If you are unsure about the colour of an item please email us requesting photos.
